Shipping information
Orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders are shipped within two days of your order being placed.
You will receive an email confirmation when your item has shipped.

US customers please allow 2 weeks from shipping confirmation for your order to arrive.
International customers please allow up to 5 weeks from shipping confirmation for your order to arrive.

** Due to COVID 19 shipping may take longer than usual. Please allow an extra week for your order to arrive

Super Mix is an art and vintage consignment shop, and many of our items are one of a kind. We do not accept returns at this time.
Be sure you love your items and ask any questions before you buy!
We only accept exchanges only in the circumstances described below.

Exchanges and Refunds (if applicable) Our exchange/refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
We only exchange items if they arrive to you damaged or defective. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery.If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at
Many of the items sold at Super Mix are one of a kind or vintage, meaning a replacement of the exact same item may not be available.
If this is the case we will offer an exchange for a similar product, or refund you the original item’s purchase price. 

To return your product for exchange, you should mail your product to: Super Mix Mercantile, po box 937, Aguanga CA 92536, United States 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your replacement item will be shipped to you, or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
