Such a fun keychain! This is likely 1980s or 1990s vintage, from Japan.
It is a clear plastic shoe, on a metal keychain, and filled with 7 sea creature themed erasers.
It is in perfect condition, never used.
Shoe is 2.75" long x approx. 2.25" tall on a 2" keychain. Erasers are little under 1"
